Refund Policy
Paperflower Foundation
Effective: 4/10/2026
This Refund Policy explains our approach to donation refunds, event ticket refunds, and
merchandise returns.
If you have questions about a specific transaction, contact us at
info@paperflowerfoundation.org.
Charitable Donations
Charitable donations to Paperflower Foundation are generally non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it is applied to Foundation programs and operational expenses. We are unable to reverse tax receipts once issued.
If you believe an error occurred — for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction — please contact us at info@paperflowerfoundation.org within 30 days of the transaction date.
Include your name, the date of the donation, the amount, and a description of the concern. We will review every request and respond within 5 business days. The Foundation may authorize a refund at its discretion in cases of documented error.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, change of personal financial circumstances, or
disagreement with Foundation programs.
Event Tickets and Registrations
Refund availability for event tickets and event registrations varies by event and is stated on the event registration page at the time of purchase. If no specific refund policy is stated for an event, the following defaults apply:
• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full refund available upon request
• Cancellation 8-14 days before the event: 50% refund available upon request
• Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the event: no refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing
• If the Foundation cancels the event: full refund issued to all registrants within 14 business days
To request an event refund: email info@paperflowerfoundation.org with your name, the event name, the date of your registration, and the amount paid.
Merchandise
Foundation merchandise is sold through Bonfire and Printify. These are print-on-demand
platforms. Their respective return and refund policies apply to all merchandise purchases. The Foundation is not responsible for merchandise quality issues — please contact the platform directly:
• Bonfire: help.bonfire.com
• Printify: printify.com/help
If you received a defective item or an order was significantly different from what you ordered, please contact the platform first.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once applied to event or program costs. See the Sponsorship Agreement executed at the time of sponsorship for specific terms.
