Welcome to the Paperflower Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, making a donation, entering into a sponsorship or partnership, or engaging with our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Paperflower Foundation
The Paperflower Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to mental health care, medications, evaluations, and community-based supports for individuals facing financial, systemic, or situational barriers.
All activities are conducted in furtherance of our charitable mission.
2. Donations & Payments

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Donations may be used to support program services, operational expenses, outreach efforts, and other mission-aligned activities.

No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations, except where explicitly stated.

By submitting a donation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Tax Deductibility
The Paperflower Foundation is a recognized nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
The Foundation does not provide legal or tax advice. Donors and sponsors are responsible for consulting their own advisors.
4. Use of Funds
The Foundation makes good-faith efforts to honor donor intent. However, unless a contribution is explicitly restricted and accepted as such, the Foundation reserves discretion to allocate funds where they are most needed to advance its mission.
5. Corporate Sponsorships & Partnerships
Nature of Sponsorships
Corporate sponsorships support the Foundation’s charitable mission and do not constitute payment for medical, psychiatric, or clinical services.
No Endorsement
Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of a sponsor’s products, services, or views unless expressly stated in writing.
Tax Treatment
Corporate sponsorships may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Any portion of a sponsorship that constitutes advertising or provides substantial return benefit will be disclosed accordingly.
6. Related-Party & Conflict of Interest Disclosure
The Paperflower Foundation maintains partnerships with independent service providers, including Paperflower Psychiatry, a separate legal entity.

The Foundation’s Executive Director is also affiliated with Paperflower Psychiatry.

Any transactions involving related entities are reviewed to ensure they are mission-aligned, reasonable, and conducted at fair market value.

The Foundation maintains a written Conflict of Interest Policy and follows appropriate recusal and oversight procedures.
At no time are Foundation funds used for personal benefit. All funds are applied solely to advance the Foundation’s charitable mission.
7. No Guarantee of Services or Outcomes
Engagement with the Foundation—including donations, sponsorships, or partnerships—does not guarantee:

Placement with a particular provider

Clinical outcomes or timelines
Services are subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and partner capacity.
8. No Medical, Clinical, or Legal Advice
The Paperflower Foundation does not provide medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or legal advice.
Information shared through the Foundation’s website, communications, or materials is for educational and charitable purposes only and should not replace professional care.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or engaging with the Foundation, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of the Paperflower Foundation unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
