From sign-up to first session

01

Submit your credentialing packet

Before anything else, you'll complete a one-time credentialing packet. This verifies your licensure, sets up your payment details, and gets you into our system. It's typically done in under 45 minutes, and most providers are fully credentialed within one week.

02

Pay your annual membership fee & choose your tier

Once credentialed, you select a membership tier and pay the annual fee. Your tier determines the maximum percentage of your self-pay rate we can reimburse per client session. Higher tiers unlock higher reimbursement, and smaller write-offs per session.

03

A client reaches out to us

Clients go through our office first.  They apply, are assessed for need, and receive authorization. before ever contacting a provider.  We verify who they are currently working with or if they are in need of a provider.

04

See the client — provide care as normal

The session itself is no different from any other appointment. You provide care. The client pays the amount agreed in our contract (if anything).  Their authorization covers the remainder in full from our side. Your clinical relationship with the client is entirely your own; we handle only the financial piece.

05

Submit a session confirmation & receive payment

After the session, you submit an invoice to us on Bill.com. We verify and issue payment typically within 5-7 business days, although it may be up to 30 days.

06

Accept the payment

You accept the reimbursement as payment in full based on the client's contract with us and write off the remainder of your standard rate.

Ongoing participation

Once you're active, here's what the ongoing partnership actually looks like day to day.

No session minimums.

There's no required number of voucher clients per month or per year.  You participate when you have availability and the desire to see someone at a reduced cost.

Pause availability anytime.

If your schedule fills up or you need a break from the program, just let us know and we'll pause your directory listing. Your membership stays active, but if we have anyone seeking a provider, we won't send them your way.

Dedicated team.

You'll have a direct contact on our team for verification, session confirmation, payment questions, or anything else that comes up. We aim to respond to partner inquiries within one business day.

Annual Renewal.

Membership renews annually. You'll receive a renewal notice before your membership lapses. You can change tiers at renewal, or step down to non-member status (flat voucher) at any time.

Annual session summary.

At the end of each calendar year, we send you a summary of all voucher sessions you participated in, total reimbursements received, and documentation to support your write-off records.

No re-credentialing.

Your credentialing is on file indefinitely. The only time we'd ask you to resubmit anything is if your license, insurance, or NPI changes — and we'll let you know if that becomes necessary.
